To cancel the trip, your parent or legal representative must complete and sign the following document.

By confirming the refusal, you lose the opportunity to participate in the educational program "International Children’s Media Summit" at the ARC "Okean". Your trip will be transferred to the participant from the reserve list and you will no longer be able to apply for a trip.

In case of refusal of the ticket of the winners of the competition (or the inability to travel due to a number of reasons), replacement at their request by other persons (including those who participated in the competition but are on the reserve list) not produced. The vouchers are of a targeted nature and are intended strictly for the winners of the competition.

The trip to Vladivostok and back is paid for by the sending party (your parents/ legal representatives / local government/other persons). The organizers do not pay for tickets to Vladivostok. There is a free shuttle service from Vladivostok train station and Vladivostok airport to the Ocean Children's Center.

After confirmation, the contest coordinator will contact you and tell you about further actions.
